日本語のTAのアーントです。 This poem is really interesting, are you in a dream state? One thing I would mention is the onomatopoeia that you chose - most of them have specific images or expectations attached in the Japanese language. When I think of ドンドン I imagine pounding, like on a door or on a drum, and when I hear シャカシャカ I imagine something being shaken. With all those sounds, as well as the バババババ！！ I wondered if you were in an action movie! I would try to think of the onomatopoeia that you chose and if they are accurately reflecting the action. I like the fact that you ended with the first sound though, I'm assuming that the character fell back asleep!
I found the uses of onomatopoeia really interesting and a little perplexing. I think the coolest thing is how sometimes they cut off, as if the speaker can't quite make it to the end.
すきですよ！あめがふりますか。It sounds like rain on a rooftop that's disturbing the sleeper, or someone knocking on the door. とこどきあめがふりますから、あまりねません。 Anyway, the poem is very well-written!
a dream?? are these katakana all mimicking the sound?
